Job Title: Event Day Hospitality Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Day Hospitality Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality staff, supervisors, and managers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage all aspects of stock control, including monthly stock takes, par levels, and ordering, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Be fully conversant with key aspects of the till system and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Actively problem-solve any issues that may arise on shift and use initiative to work with other departmental managers to resolve issues and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that guests have the best experience possible.
  • Manage and develop a team of hospitality staff, ensuring they are briefed and trained, and that you develop and coach them throughout the shift.
  • Ensure that all company policy and procedure is followed, including health & safety, hygiene, legislation, and employment law.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Deal with any customer feedback or complaints and report any service or quality issues.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team and use own initiative to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Take an active role in developing and training our frontline teams to ensure product knowledge and customer service is at the forefront.
  • Implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  • Be fully confident in all company systems and procedures at the CBS Arena.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Proven experience of managing functions for + guests.
  • Facilitating restaurant service of over + guests.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with customers, staff, and colleagues.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of licensing law.
  • A self-starter with a passion for excellence.
  • Able to resolve problems.
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
