We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our UK sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and develop c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets expanding across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and account management support across UK business functions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Industrial or Engineering Supplies sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other business software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
