Key Responsibilities
  • Tenancy & Leasehold Management: Manage a designated patch of tenancies, ensuring compliance with all agreements and addressing breaches where necessary.
  • Resident Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, enhancing their satisfaction and overall quality of life.
  • Support for Vulnerable Residents: Identify and support vulnerable residents by connecting them to relevant support services.
  • Tenancy Audits: Lead tenancy audits within your patch to keep business intelligence up to date on the properties and residents you manage.
  • Fire Safety Compliance: Identify and report fire safety issues, ensuring all necessary actions are taken to comply with best practice guidelines.
  • Voids & Re-letting: Work closely with the voids team to minimize rent loss and achieve performance targets.
  • Housing Advice: Provide high-quality housing advice and signpost residents to appropriate services.
  • Anti-Social Behaviour Management: Lead on ASB cases, ensuring swift resolution through effective partnership working.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies on estates, providing on-site support and reassurance to residents.
