The Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in the continuous manufacturing process. This position is essential for overseeing and enhancing the team’s performance, ensuring that sustainable outcomes are achieved within the packing department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all facets of Safety, Quality, performance, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Lead investigations into Safety & Food Safety incidents, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Facilitate the development of team members through performance discussions and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
  • Drive personal growth aligned with business objectives and individual training requirements.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to cultivate a motivated, multi-skilled team capable of operating independently.
  • Engage and mentor teams in problem-solving to identify inefficiencies and optimize performance using Lean methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant personnel policies.
  • Demonstrate experience in nurturing a team by enhancing leadership skills.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
