Customer Operations Manager

As a Customer Operations Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift. This involves managing your team's performance and time, demonstrating a decisive, organised and inclusive approach, and focusing on operational in-store management.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and take in warehouse deliveries
- Manage team performance and time
- Ensure the store is ready for the working day
