Job Summary

Arsy is seeking an experienced art sales professional to join its Secondary Market team as a Collector Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across Artsy's unique and diversified digital sales channels, including Artsy-Curated Auctions, private sales, and e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with galleries and trade contacts to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, operations, legal, and trust & safety, to maintain a high caliber of curated auctions.
  • Utilize CRM systems and tools to manage a 360-degree sales cycle and drive sales in a digital marketplace environment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to collectors and dealers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of art sales success, with existing collector relationships and a book of business.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
