Job Title: Regional Lead - Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with rail expertise to lead our Wales and West Region. As a key member of our Transportation Business Line, you will be responsible for driving growth, leading a high-performing team, and safely delivering complex rail infrastructure projects for clients such as Network Rail, Transport for Wales, HS2, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Vision: Establish and execute a regional business plan, grow an effective organizational structure, and develop a skilled team to meet the region's needs.
  • Work Winning: Lead business development and tendering activities, implement strategic marketing campaigns, and secure new projects.
  • Sustainable Development: Ensure compliance with Sustainability, Environment, and Quality policies on all projects, and demonstrate innovation leadership to enhance Egis' commitment to sustainable performance.
  • Operational Capability: Plan, operate, and grow the region, forecasting recruitment needs, managing resources, and ensuring successful contract delivery.
  • Project Delivery: Manage a portfolio of projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Member of the Association of Project Management (or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience in project management and delivering complex rail projects
  • Strong NEC3 contract administration experience
  • Ability to interrogate project programmes (P6 and/or MSP)
  • Strong financial management/control experience
