Job Title: Regional Lead - Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with rail expertise to lead our Wales and West Region. As a key member of our Transportation Business Line, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and safely delivering complex rail infrastructure projects for clients such as Network Rail, Transport for Wales, and HS2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth: Establish and execute a regional business plan, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Wales and West region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, and empowering staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Project Delivery: Plan and manage a portfolio of complex rail projects, ensuring safe delivery, quality output, and compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Client Management: Act as key account manager for regional clients, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in project management, rail infrastructure projects, and business development.
  • Qualifications: Member of the Association of Project Management (or equivalent), degree or equivalent, and relevant certifications (e.g., NEC3 contract administration).
  • Skills: Strong financial management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
