About the RoleThe Regional Specialty Research Leads will provide leadership and advice, support research delivery, and participate in regional or national projects relating to capacity, capability, and accessibility for research delivery within their specialty. You will be responsible for providing the vital link between the regional, geographically-based networks (RRDNs) and national networks of expertise, which is essential to the success of the RDN.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and advice to the RDN on research delivery and capacity building
- Support research delivery and participate in regional or national projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and policymakers
- Contribute to the development of research strategies and plans
- Monitor and evaluate research progress and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in research delivery and capacity building
- Strong leadership and advisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of research methods and evaluation techniques
