Job Title: Landscape Architect

About the Role:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for working on a range of public and private projects in residential, commercial, education, and public realm development around London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing plans, illustrative material, and graphic presentations for various projects
  • Working at all stages from inception through to completion, including site surveys and analysis work
  • Preparing reports and supplementary information in support of design work
  • Developing landscape management plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of projects
  • Liaising directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in landscape planning, with a focus on sustainable design
  • Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute or on the pathway to membership
  • Experience in undertaking Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
  • Proficiency in the use of Vectorworks or similar design software
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions
