Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at We Are Adam. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR operations function, including generalist support on all HR processes, HR policy implementation, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and support for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide generalist support on all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Support the Head of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration, coordination, and support.
- Strong IT and systems skills, including proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Excellent business and personal judgment skills, with the ability to resolve issues and engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Flexible approach and ability to react quickly and confidently to people's and business needs.
