We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Human Resources Graduate Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your people management skills and build a long-term career in HR.
Key Responsibilities- Complete rotations across our HR team to gain experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, operations, and supporting HR projects.
- Work on traditional Human Resource case work and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Alfred H Knight is a family-owned business with a rich history and a strong reputation for delivering knowledge and professionalism in the metals and minerals, solid fuels, and agriculture industries.
Requirements- Independence and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask.
- Ambition to have a career in Human Resources.
- Relevant degree (minimum 2:1 or above) in a relevant or transferable subject.
- Fluency in English is essential, with other languages advantageous.
