Key Responsibilities- Develop your skills in talent acquisition, learning and development, operations, and supporting HR projects.
- Gain experience in traditional Human Resource case work.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse range of people, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Independence: ability to take initiative, lead projects, and prioritize a dynamic and diverse workload.
- Interpersonal skills: confidence in forming effective working relationships.
- Communication: excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: ability to multitask and respond effectively to change.
- Analytical skills: ability to draw accurate and informative conclusions.
- Ambition: must have ambitions to have a career in Human Resources.
- Willingness: growth mindset, willing to learn, co-operative, and enabling attitude towards training and personal development.
