Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our team at Cummins Inc.

In this position, you will play a crucial role by:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with significant, intricate client accounts to maximize customer engagement and meet sales objectives.
  • Building, overseeing, and enhancing business connections with designated clients by comprehending their industry-specific language and purchasing methodologies.
  • Recognizing existing and prospective client requirements and implementing strategies to foster account development.
  • Guiding clients in appreciating the advantages of our offerings and solutions.
  • Facilitating contract negotiations and overseeing client relationships and escalations.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to drive outcomes and achieve revenue targets.
  • Creating and executing account sales strategies to align with business objectives and growth prospects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer relations or product management.
  • Expertise in commercial contract negotiations and managing regional client accounts.
  • Strong connections with key departments within the organization and client enterprises.
  • A technical background is preferred due to the nature of engineering tasks in project-oriented business.

Educational Background:

  • A degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possible licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be necessary.
