About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our team at Girling Jones, a leading construction and infrastructure services company. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a multimillion pound scheme in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of as-built drawings and ensure the progress of work.
- Drive the drainage subcontractor and provide engineering support to resolve technical issues.
- Responsible for setting out works, managing the recording and testing of workmanship and materials.
- Regularly check the setting out points and ensure all setting out works are delivered to site with mandatory certification.
Requirements:
- Setting out experience on earthworks and highways schemes.
- Good organizational skills and ability to be a problem solver with good commercial and contractual awareness.
- Civil engineering qualification and experience in looking after multiple pieces of work.
