Job Title: Lettings / Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings / Portfolio Manager to join our team at FPMR Ltd. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running and development of our residential lettings and portfolio management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the lettings process and minimize voids by working closely with local and specialist lettings teams.
  • Ensure compliance and health and safety standards are met at all times.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate the allocated portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend corporate client meetings to discuss lettings strategies and report on void properties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular property visits to all units within the allocated portfolio.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance as required, ensuring strict service levels are adhered to.
  • SOURCE and instruct local sub-agents to optimize performance.
  • Chase sub-instructed agents for return of signed documentation.
  • Handle queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
  • Work within budget constraints to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Keep all processes and procedures up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings or residential asset management.
  • High level of IT literacy and understanding.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and a passion for self-development and teamwork.
