About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Governance Manager to join our team at Schroders Recruitment. As a key member of our Product Governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the team to carry out the FCA Assessment of Value process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the annual FCA Assessment of Value, including project managing the assessment process, maintaining an up-to-date runbook and action log, and collating information from multiple functions.
  • Support the coordination of Product Governance Committee meetings and maintain awareness of competitor, regulatory, and market developments.
  • Draft and maintain the quality of policy and procedures documentation, and actively contribute to and lead on ad hoc work and strategic projects as they arise.
Requirements
  • Demonstratable delivery-focused organisational/prioritisation and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to perform data reconciliation and analysis.
  • A strong interest in and willingness to learn and implement new technologies, including AI, to improve Product Governance processes and client outcomes.
  • Flexibility to multitask across multiple fund ranges and asset classes.
  • Good knowledge/experience of the asset management industry, including an understanding of investment products and structures.
