About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Production and Photography tutor to join our team at Havering Adult College. As a sessional tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in video production and photography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach video production and photography courses to students of varying levels and abilities
  • Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that meet the individual needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching team
Requirements
  • Level 3 vocational qualification or above in video production and photography or a related field
  • Level 4 teaching qualification or willingness to achieve
  • GCSE A*-C English and Mathematics qualifications or equivalent
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload
  • Secure knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
