Job Title: Pre-Sales Marketing Director

Job Summary:

Dentsu is seeking a Pre-Sales Marketing Director to build and develop our central pre-sales capability that is aligned to our business and marketing strategy. This is an exciting and highly visible role for an experienced marketing and growth-minded professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own lead gen outreach, supporting pre-sales content creation and prospect monitoring.
  • Manage and deliver the marketing strategy in line with the wider dentsu growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Accountable for performance of nurturing and outreach programmes/campaigns leveraging pre-sales content.
  • Work with client leads, growth leads, external communications, and sales pursuits teams to identify wins and develop case studies.
  • Lead and manage a team of BDR's providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Performance and data-focused individual with a keen eye for creativity and innovation.
  • Strong B2B sales experience coupled with knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exemplify leadership and composure.
  • Experience managing a team and strong programme management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience.
