About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist and OOH Coordinator to join our busy Reception and Out of Hours Coordination Centre at Warneford Hospital.
As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and service users, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly manner, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and service users
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate out-of-hours services and respond to emergencies
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Receptionist and/or office environment
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
