About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Practice in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills.
  • Make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable.
  • Guide and support Residents in life-changing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of Residents.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of Residents.
