- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to problem-solve and manage complex situations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to staff, residents, and relatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
