Position: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager
Location: London Bridge Hospital
Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (37.5 hours per week)

Role Overview:
London Bridge Hospital is in search of an experienced Cath Lab Manager to lead our dedicated team. The successful applicant will be tasked with the management of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories, ensuring exceptional service delivery for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan to ensure the effective operation of cardiac and interventional radiology services.
- Foster staff engagement and ensure alignment among all teams within the catheterization labs.
- Develop and implement training and development initiatives for cath lab personnel.
- Oversee Professional Service Agreements to support clinical operations.
- Ensure adherence to Radiation Protection protocols and procedures.
- Effectively manage the budget for the Cath Labs.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Clinical qualification is essential.
- Registered with NMC or HCPC.
- Significant experience in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cardiac National Service Framework and NICE guidelines.
