Job Summary:
The London Bridge Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and services.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, aligning with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and well-being.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services, adhering to relevant clinical guidelines and standards.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and patients.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to radiation protection and patient safety.
Requirements:
- Advanced clinical qualification in a relevant field.
- Significant leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Expertise in cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
