We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity within our National Rural Valuation Team. This position is ideal for a qualified RICS registered valuer looking to make a significant impact in the field of rural valuations.

About the Role

As part of our Oxford office, you will engage with a vibrant team of rural valuation specialists, delivering expert valuation services to a wide array of clients. Your role will involve:

  • Offering tailored valuation guidance across the Oxfordshire region and its surroundings
  • Enhancing business development efforts both regionally and with industry stakeholders
  • Working closely with our research and marketing teams to elevate the visibility of our valuation services
  • Conducting financial reporting valuations for a diverse client base, including national asset portfolios
  • Utilizing market data analysis to support our national rural valuation initiatives
  • Valuating various rural asset categories, including farms, agricultural land, estates, residential and commercial properties, energy assets, woodlands, heritage sites, and other agricultural resources

Who We Are Looking For

We seek candidates who are not only qualified RICS registered valuers with less than 2 years of experience but also possess a passion for delivering top-notch valuations. Ideal candidates will be eager to embrace both regional and national responsibilities.
