About the Role

Savills is seeking an experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join our successful valuation team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, servicing existing work, and building a professional network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct valuations of development land, residential properties, and commercial assets.
  • Prepare detailed reports and development appraisals.
  • Cultivate a sustainable pipeline of work and income stream.
  • Delegate work to junior team members and provide professional support.
  • Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events.
Requirements
  • MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status.
  • Minimum three years post-qualification experience.
  • Proficient in key software, including Argus Developer and Argus Enterprise.
  • Good local geographical and market knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Proven track record of winning business from lenders and developers.
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical skills.
About the Team

The valuation team in Oxford comprises a Director, Associate Directors, an Associate, Graduate Surveyors, and support staff. The role will be based out of our Oxford office, a large multi-disciplinary office with approximately 120 employees.
