Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our Giant Eagle team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner throughout the store.
  • Become familiar with products to answer questions and make suggestions to customers.
  • Handle products and equipment in accordance with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Become cross-trained and assist in other areas as assigned.

Requirements

  • 0 to 6 months of experience required.
  • No High School diploma required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • At least 18 years of age.
