Job Title: Service Engineer - Materials Handling

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for on-site repairs and maintenance of electric and manual pallet trucks, stackers, and order pickers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  2. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  3. Document customer service logs and internal service records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills with attention to detail.
  • A full driving license.
