Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document requirements related to claims for various initiatives.
  • Analyze and evaluate data flows within claims divisions.
  • Foster relationships with essential stakeholders to improve claims processes.
  • Document current and prospective processes, assisting in managing transitions.
  • Effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Generate high-quality outputs such as requirement specifications and process diagrams.
  • Assist in the execution of claims optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in enhancing claims processes.
  • Strong grasp of business operations and organizational frameworks.
  • Experience in process design, enhancement, and workflow development.
  • Knowledge of claims lifecycle processes and data management.
  • Ability to analyze data using various analytical methods.
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Preferred qualifications in Business Analysis.
