Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage various teams involved in road surfacing projects.
  • Coordinate with principal contractors to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise and monitor all work aspects, reporting issues to the Senior Contracts Manager.
  • Assist in managing and administering construction works in line with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and sampling to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Contracts Manager and Operations Manager on planning and programming tasks.
  • Organize communication with relevant subcontractors and assist with the Construction Phase Plan.
  • Ensure adherence to Contractors Method Statements and risk assessments.
  • Compile necessary documentation for Key Performance Indicators measurement.
  • Liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion.
