Job Summary:
Osborne Richardson is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Building Control department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with building regulations and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert compliance advice to clients, investigating and enforcing compliance matters and complaints.
- Collect and maintain accurate Building Regulation and Building Control records.
- Manage the validation of applications and assessment of fees and planning assessment and site inspection services.
- Deal with complex Building Regulation cases and provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a building control service within a Local Authority setting.
- Experience dealing with a range of BC scenarios in both urban and rural locations.
- Registered and experienced Class 2 F Building Control Inspector.
