Key Responsibilities:

· Your primary objective will be to achieve profitable sales growth of concrete admixture systems within the construction sector across the South East of England, aligning with our strategic business goals.

· Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers in our existing customer base, utilizing CRM tools to identify and pursue new business opportunities in accordance with established sales targets.

· Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing a solid sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent influx of new business prospects and successful sales conversions.

· Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and other team members to support our significant national accounts in your territory, guaranteeing that our customers receive optimal solutions and service.

· Utilize your comprehensive technical expertise in concrete and our product offerings to provide innovative solutions that enhance our customers' products and drive sales growth.

· Furthermore, you will work in conjunction with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to all processes, upholding high standards of customer service and safety.

Requirements:

We are in search of a self-motivated industry expert with substantial technical and sales experience.

· Previous experience in a construction sales role dealing with technical inquiries is preferred.

· A solid technical understanding of concrete is essential to assist our customers in developing existing and future innovations, along with product development.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish and maintain a professional network and engage confidently in diverse environments.

· A strong commercial acumen with a profound understanding of the construction industry and local market dynamics is expected.

· Candidates must possess the right to work in the UK and reside within the South East of England.
