Job Summary:

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellbeing, and empowering individuals to take control of their health. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support.
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  3. Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to develop and implement health promotion programs, ensuring that they are evidence-based and effective.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  5. Ensure that patients and their families are involved in decision-making and are treated with dignity and respect.
  6. Develop and maintain accurate and legible records, ensuring that they are in accordance with policies and guidelines.
  7. Provide high-quality nursing care, respecting patient privacy and dignity.
  8. Investigate and respond to patient complaints, ensuring that lessons are learned and implemented.
  9. Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of care and professionalism.
