About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at bMindful Psychology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide line management, supervision, and planning for a team of dedicated clinicians
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve mental health services for children
  • Conduct detailed assessments and formulations to inform therapeutic care and risk management plans
  • Support the development of a culture that promotes continuous improvement and open communication
  • Maintain a small caseload of direct clinical support across a range of services
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified clinician with a proven track record of supporting a clinical team and experience in performance management within a health, social care, education, or mental health setting. You will have a strong understanding of developmental trauma and its impact on behavior, as well as experience in working therapeutically with children and young people.
