Drive User Adoption and Satisfaction for Cutting-Edge GenAI Products

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team focused on the rollout of innovative GenAI products. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping how BCG's internal teams – including Consulting, Knowledge, and Business Support – leverage these transformative technologies.

As a key member of the Product Marketing and Change Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to ensure seamless product adoption and maximize user satisfaction. Your expertise in change management and product marketing will be instrumental in guiding our internal stakeholders through the integration of these advanced GenAI solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively introduce new GenAI products to BCG's diverse internal user base.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, GTM teams, and functional leadership to ensure alignment on messaging and key deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and perspectives of different stakeholder groups, tailoring communication strategies accordingly.
  • Create compelling content – including presentations, training materials, and internal communications – that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to ensure smooth product adoption and ongoing user support.
Your Profile:
  • 4-7 years of experience in product marketing, change management, or a related field within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies that drive user adoption and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and the GenAI landscape.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
