About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Sales Specialist to join our Experian Data Quality function, covering various sectors and supporting our Data Governance Proposition.

This role reports to our Head of Direct Sales and focuses on cross-selling and upselling data governance products in multiple sectors, bringing insight to the business on client needs and helping evolve our proposition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve daily and monthly metrics focused on call activity, pipeline built, and deals closed.
  • Become an expert in Data Governance propositions and work collaboratively with teams across the business, including Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Marketing.
  • Contribute towards the Experian Data Quality roadmap, providing competitor insight and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of products, competitors, and use cases.
  • Achieve and exceed targets and forecast, demonstrating accuracy in forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience in a software or data company, with a good grasp of data governance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to negotiate.
  • Curiosity and interest in building considerable knowledge and being considered an expert by clients, colleagues, and industry peers.
  • Experience managing large accounts working in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrate Sales methodology training.
