Job Overview:

Weybourne Group is in search of a Financial Assistant to become a vital part of their Finance Division.

The Financial Assistant will undertake a variety of fiscal responsibilities associated with the Family's private enterprises, philanthropic endeavors, and personal financial management.

The ideal applicant will have prior experience in a comparable position and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing, preparing, and recording bank transactions
  • Monitoring cash flow projections
  • Compiling monthly accounting entries
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial data
  • Preparing account analyses and VAT submissions
  • Assisting with budgetary information
  • Supporting the Family Finance Manager with various tasks

Candidate Profile / Core Competencies:

  • AAT certification
  • Experience in a related role
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to meet reporting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
