Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the estate management team
- Develop and implement estate management strategies and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage and maintain the hospital's estate, including buildings, facilities, and services
- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure effective use of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of estate management services
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as estate management, facilities management, or engineering
- Proven experience in estate management, facilities management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
