  • Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to set and achieve business objectives
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage and maintain a profitable and well-organised office

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and grow market share. You will develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue, and collaborate with the Area Manager to set and achieve business objectives.

You will provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and manage and maintain a profitable and well-organised office. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
