Estate Agency Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area. This will involve making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions.

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take on a leadership role within the Spicerhaart group. As a partner, you will be responsible for building and developing your own business, with the support of a local property centre and access to industry-leading marketing and technology.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of estate agency experience
- Ability to work from home and in an office environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in your area
