We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage the front desk operations and provide exceptional administrative support to our educational institution.
As the Receptionist Manager, you will be the first point of contact for staff, students, and parents/guardians, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that ensures everyone feels welcome.
Key Tasks:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls and emails, forwarding them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain accurate records and databases using SIMS (School Information Management System) or similar software
