We are seeking a skilled Composite Designer to join our Andretti Cadillac team at the Silverstone Facility. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing layouts and schemes for composite assemblies, ensuring optimal design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed CAD models and drawings of composite components.
  • Create CAD models and drawings of composite tooling.
  • Prepare comprehensive manufacturing information for composite production processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure effective communication and implementation of design specifications.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Graduate Designers.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA 3DX.
  • Knowledge of composite component design, composite materials, and composites manufacture.
  • Ability to plan and manage own workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
