As a Trainee Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to dealers, maintaining CRM databases, and performing daily file key management. You will also be involved in testing and product research, as well as supporting workshop activities and dyno testing.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including knowledge of MS packages, and excellent communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have good time management and organizational skills, as well as a passion for IT and technology.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to queries about products, services, and costs within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Providing technical support and training to dealers
  • Maintaining CRM databases and generating reports
  • Performing daily file key management
