About the Role

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage internal diaries to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure necessary resources are available to support sales efforts.
  • CRM Management: Update the CRM system and maintain accurate records to track sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Upselling and Estimating: Provide customers with estimates and upsell additional services to increase revenue and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Automotive Knowledge: A keen interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
