As a Courtesy Bus Operator, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers, assisting them with luggage and ensuring a seamless transition into their rental experience. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and memorable impression for every traveler.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet arriving customers on the bus, assist with luggage handling, and verify necessary documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, maintaining a professional demeanor and representing the Hertz brand.
  • Ensure the courtesy bus is clean, presentable, and adheres to safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Refuel the bus according to established procedures and report any defects or damage promptly.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and in compliance with company standards.
  • Follow assigned routes through terminals efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a PCV category license.
  • Valid CPC certification.
  • Previous customer service experience in a transportation or hospitality setting.
  • At least 2 years of bus driver experience.
