Lead Clinical Psychologist - Youth Support Services

We are looking for a committed and passionate Lead Clinical Psychologist to become a vital part of our organization at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. In this role, you will deliver exceptional psychological services to adolescents facing intricate challenges.

Position Overview:

  • Band 8B hours (30 hours)
  • Location: Flexible base with required travel across the region
  • Options for remote and flexible working

The ideal candidate will oversee team leadership, ensure governance, and provide specialized psychological interventions. This position also includes crisis intervention and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and deliver interventions
  • Facilitate team formulation and provide training
  • Supervise qualified personnel

Experience with youth exhibiting autism or learning disabilities is essential. A strong understanding of managing challenging behaviors and associated risks is critical.
