We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Director at Dorking Healthcare Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Deputy Director will play a key role in the effective and efficient running of the Outpatients department. They will work closely with the Outpatients Service Manager and other teams to drive service improvements and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Assist the Outpatients Service Manager in the management of teams within outpatients, including referrals in, reception, pathways, medical secretaries, and referrals out.
  2. Process Improvement: Streamline processes and develop relationships with third parties to improve service delivery.
  3. Service Development: Work with the Outpatients Service Manager to develop and implement service improvements and new initiatives.
  4. Quality Assurance: Review and create Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize their workload. They must be able to exercise initiative and independent judgment, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times.
