We are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Advisor to lead our Dorking division forward. As a member of our Executive Board, you will be responsible for driving the growth plan of our well-established wealth advisory firm. You will work closely with the Founder and Managing Director to develop and embed a people-centric culture, ensuring good outcomes for clients and advisors.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide leadership across the Adviser team, developing and implementing strategies to enhance the advisory division's vision and performance. You will be accountable for the coordination and collaboration of all divisional resources, evolving the proposition to deliver financial targets.
Requirements
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent, with a business-related professional qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Advice leadership.
- An accomplished Senior Management professional with relevant Segment & Sales leadership experience.
- Able to demonstrate leadership and sales execution in organisations of similar size and complexity.
- Previous experience of managing a budget and being responsible for the profitability of your area of responsibility.
- Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to excite, motivate, nurture, and enable the success of others through collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience of operating and influencing effectively at all levels, up to and including Board.
- Demonstrable focus on the customer, creating ownership and initiative.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A record of mentoring and/or wider involvement within the industry.
- Ability to network with key personnel within and outside of the organisation.
- Holds other financial services-related qualifications relevant to the area of expertise.
