With a genuinely warm greeting, you will be prepared to address any inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and the surrounding area. Your efforts will help ensure their stay is memorable. Additionally, by facilitating a seamless check-out process, you will ensure they depart with satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include
- Managing guest check-ins, assigning accommodations, and activating room access
- Collaborating with Housekeeping to monitor room readiness for check-in and addressing any guest issues
- Responding to and processing all guest inquiries, calls, messages, or concerns
- Providing guests with information and directions regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
- Handling check-outs and resolving any billing discrepancies
- Processing payments and room charges, including cashing personal and traveler's checks
- Confirming reservations and cancellations, and generating daily reports on arrivals and departures
