Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business and Digital Support Officer to join our team at NHS England. As a key member of our Oversight and Delivery team, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership and teams within the regional Workforce Training and Education function.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the delivery of function objectives, including performance metrics and assurance frameworks.
  2. Governance and Business Management: You will ensure effective governance and business management processes are in place, including secretariat services for principal meetings and coordination of function communications.

You will work closely with our teams to provide administrative and secretariat services, including preparing agendas and minutes, managing electronic and paper-based filing systems, and ordering and maintaining office resources.

Additionally, you will arrange venues for events, manage diaries, book and monitor travel and accommodation, and ensure all invoices are efficiently handled through our accounting system.

We are looking for someone who can build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and provide excellent administrative support to our teams.
